RWB Adria Chicago Wins 53rd Croatian Tournament!
KITCHENER, ONTARIO, CANADA (SEPT 7, 2016) – RWB Adria Chicago this past weekend traveled to Kitchener, Ontario, Canada to participate in the 53rd Croatian National Soccer Tournament of Canada & USA. This annual tournament brings Croatians from all over North America to a different location each and every year – this weekend brought RWB Adria Chicago it’s 16th Croatian Tournament Title in 53 Tournaments (all which have been attended by RWB Adria as a founding member club).
RWB Adria Chicago found itself in Group A alongside Croatia Norval (Canada), Hrvat St Catharines (Canada), Hrvat Kitchener (Canada/Host Club) and New York Polet (USA). After 4 straight group play wins, RWB Adria went on to the following:
Quarter Final (1:0 win) VS Hrvat St Catharines
Semi-Final (Win in PKs after 0:0 tie) Vs Connecticut Croatia
Final (2:0 win) Vs Cleveland Croatia
