RWB Adria with a 1:0 Win Vs Oakland County!
DETROIT, MI (June 27, 2016) RWB Adria was on the road again this weekend this time to take on Oakland County FC. Oakland County is currently in the 4th place spot in the Premier League of America while Adria is holding first with 15 points (3 points over Toledo United).
The match kicked off with a good pace in front of a lively crowd in Oakland County. RWB Adria’s starting 11 were as followed: Sliwa, Jelicic, Arapovic, Loncar, Tracy, Mesanoivc, Galik, Stijepic, Grbesa, Bond and Huffman. With Adria visibly controlling the pace, Oakland fought hard and managed to create a few opportunities. However, neither side could capitalize in the first half and the game was tied at 0:0.
In the second half, the game’s tempo increased and both sides were creating many exciting plays. By the 61’ RWB Adria’s Huffman would put one passed Oakland County to give Adria the 1:0 lead and victory.
